aroonplay Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the aroonplay platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with aroonplay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the aroonplay platform and, if you have registered an account, contact aroonplay Support to request closure of your account.

2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aroonplay with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to aroonplay's real-money gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by PAGCOR compliance standards applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

3.2 Geographic Restriction. aroonplay is operated and targeted to players residing in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using aroonplay's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. aroonplay makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

3.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not as agent or representative of any other person; (c) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3.4 Professional Exclusion. Employees, contractors, and agents of aroonplay, its affiliated companies, licensed software providers, and any immediate family members of such persons are prohibited from opening a Player account or participating in Real Money Play on the Platform.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on aroonplay. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual — whether identified through shared KYC documents, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, or other technical means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided at aroonplay's sole discretion.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. aroonplay is entitled to rely on the information provided and bears no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aroonplay strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify aroonplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. aroonplay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Non-Transferability. Your aroonplay account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Winnings and bonuses are non-transferable.

4.5 Account Currency. All aroonplay accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aroonplay does not support multi-currency accounts.

5.1 Mandatory Verification. All Players are required to complete KYC identity verification before Real Money Play is enabled and before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and, where applicable, proof of residential address and source of funds documentation.

5.2 Accepted Identity Documents. aroonplay accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

5.3 Verification Timeline. aroonplay will endeavour to complete KYC verification within three (3) business days of receiving complete and legible documentation. aroonplay reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient.

5.4 Regulatory Compliance. KYC procedures are conducted in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations applicable to Philippine online gaming operators. aroonplay is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines without notifying the Player.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods. aroonplay currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. aroonplay reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱200 for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers; and ₱300 for Visa/Mastercard transactions. aroonplay reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have: (a) successfully completed KYC verification; (b) met all applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to wagering conditions; (c) not triggered any account review process under aroonplay's AML or fraud detection procedures.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to receiving bank processing times. aroonplay bears no responsibility for delays attributable to payment providers, banking institutions, or network conditions outside aroonplay's control.

6.5 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. aroonplay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that cannot be returned to the originating payment method.

6.6 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. aroonplay does not charge currency conversion fees on the platform's end; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rate adjustments for cross-border transactions.

7.1 Promotion Eligibility. Promotional offers on aroonplay are subject to individual eligibility criteria. aroonplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Participation in a promotion does not guarantee entitlement to the associated bonus or reward.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds awarded through any promotional mechanism are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports promotions), and expiry period for each offer are stated in the individual promotion's Terms and Conditions accessible on the aroonplay Promotions page.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games on aroonplay contribute equally toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Specific contribution rates per game category are published in the bonus terms associated with each promotion. As a general rule, slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, sports bets, and other game types may contribute at lower percentages.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements after the stated expiry period are automatically forfeited. Any associated winnings derived from expired bonus funds are also forfeited. aroonplay will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7.5 Abuse of Promotions. aroonplay reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where aroonplay has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has: (a) exploited a technical error or loophole in the promotion mechanics; (b) created multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; (c) engaged in coordinated promotional abuse with other Players; or (d) placed matched, hedged, or arbitrage bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.

7.6 Maximum Bonus Cashout. Where specified in an individual promotion's terms, a maximum cashout limit applies to winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Winnings exceeding this limit are not payable.

8.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on aroonplay — including RNG-powered slot games, table games, and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are not manipulated by aroonplay. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers under HD video surveillance.

8.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game's outcome — including connectivity interruptions, server errors, or software faults — aroonplay reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the applicable stake to the Player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. aroonplay bears no liability for losses attributable to technical malfunctions beyond the return of the applicable wager.

8.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on aroonplay — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong — are subject to aroonplay's Sports Betting Rules. aroonplay reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a market was opened or settled in error; (b) the event was abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled beyond the permitted window; (c) there is clear evidence of match manipulation or corruption.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per game and displayed within each game interface or betting market. aroonplay reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time. Stakes placed in excess of the published maximum will be limited to the published maximum at aroonplay's discretion.

8.5 Bet Confirmation. A bet or wager is final and binding only upon confirmation from the aroonplay system. An unconfirmed bet — including one interrupted by a connectivity failure prior to confirmation — is not valid. aroonplay is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to circumstances beyond its control.

9.1 Commitment. aroonplay is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity and expenditure. Use of these tools is encouraged and will be facilitated without judgment or delay.

9.2 Available Tools. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered Players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit caps denominated in Philippine Peso.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play session durations with configurable notification thresholds.
• Bet Limits: Maximum stake amounts per wager by game category.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account access restriction of 24 hours to 30 days, activatable immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal account suspension for a minimum of six (6) months up to permanent exclusion, upon the Player's request.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Process. A Player wishing to self-exclude may: (a) use the self-exclusion tool in their account settings; or (b) contact aroonplay Support by email with a formal self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is actioned within twenty-four (24) hours of request receipt. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded Player. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reduced or reversed before expiry — this is intentional and protective.

9.4 Limit Modifications. Reductions to deposit, session, or bet limits take effect immediately. Increases to any limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect — this prevents impulsive limit increases during an active gaming session.

9.5 Problem Gambling. If gaming is adversely affecting your financial wellbeing, relationships, employment, or mental health, aroonplay encourages you to seek support. 10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aroonplay platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering while under the age of 21 or providing false date of birth information;
• Registering or operating more than one account on aroonplay;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using aroonplay for any money laundering activity, including structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any aroonplay game or system;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the aroonplay platform;
• Engaging in any coordinated strategy with other Players designed to defraud aroonplay or exploit promotional offers;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aroonplay staff or other players;
• Attempting to access aroonplay's backend systems, source code, or data repositories without authorization;
• Engaging in match-fixing or betting on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome.

10.2 aroonplay reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, voiding of winnings, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11.1 All content on the aroonplay platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, game names, graphical elements, design, text, software, and data — is the property of aroonplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 aroonplay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: sublicence, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform; copy, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to aroonplay's intellectual property other than the limited access licence described in clause 11.2.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aroonplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 aroonplay shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, even if aroonplay had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 aroonplay does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. aroonplay's only obligation upon becoming aware of a service interruption is to restore service within a reasonable timeframe.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aroonplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.1 Termination by aroonplay. aroonplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) aroonplay is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive; (c) aroonplay reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (d) your account has been inactive for a consecutive period of twenty-four (24) months.

13.2 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your aroonplay account at any time by contacting aroonplay Support by email. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified positive balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing timelines, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been met.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or termination: (a) your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked; (b) any Bonus Funds are forfeited; (c) any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements are forfeited; (d) verified Real Money balances will be returned to the Player subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

13.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be archived or closed at aroonplay's discretion. Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account may be archived.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and aroonplay, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting aroonplay Support in writing at [email protected] with a description of the issue and the resolution sought.

14.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter.

14.4 aroonplay's records of all transactions, bets, and account activity shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the definitive record for the purposes of resolving any dispute.

15.1 aroonplay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on your account and/or by prominent notice on the aroonplay platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the aroonplay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

15.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at aroonplay.com/terms-conditions and is identified by the Effective Date stated at the top of this page.
